The founders of Accorder are all sucsessful media entrepreneurs in their own right and are 100% dedicated to building the company into a business with the highest reputation in the music industry.

Paul Tracey - Managing Director

Paul is a barrister and worked as a corporate financier at County Bank,  the merchant banking arm of NatWest, ultimately specialising in financing high budget feature films (Never Say Never Again, Superman, Educating Rita). He left to form his own company, The AV Department, producing television commercials and a wide variety of programmes. He later became Group Chief Executive of quoted media group, VTR plc, one of the UK's largest post-production companies.  Paul advises companies on corporate finance and executes M&A transactions. He has been on the boards of a number of quoted and private companies and is currently Chairman of media communications consultancy MurphyCobb & Associates.

Anne Miller – Creative Director

Anne established Oldbrook Music Publishing in the mid 1990’s providing direct music publishing and administration to TV production companies and media composers. Its activity included securing music-publishing rights for the Americas to the Teletubbies. She also set up Eight Notes Music in America to cover the catalogue administration through direct accounting and to increase greater exploitation opportunities for both the existing catalogue and the media composers Oldbrook Music represented. Oldbrook Music as independent music publishers owns the largest Children’s music catalogue in the UK. In 1999 Anne launched J Albert & Son’s TV and Film division in London covering the UK and Europe to compliment their existing song & film catalogue (Easy Beats, AC/DC, Breed 77, Rose Tattoo, and the Australian runaway cult film ’Strictly Ballroom’) and new artist roster. Previously Anne worked as an independent music publisher for TV & Film production companies (Firecracker Films, Liberty Bell, Unique Factual/TV, Lucid, BBC, and C5) and composers in both the UK and America.

Simon Forrest – Operations Director

Simon is a highly experienced media executive, with extensive operational experience in a number of media companies. He was Senior Vice President at HIT Entertainment PLC (Bob the Builder, Barney, The Wiggles, Thomas the Tank Engine), one of the largest children’s entertainment rights companies, running the company’s non-North American activities. Previously he was Commercial Director of The HTV Group plc (Lawnmower Man, Dirty Dancing, GI Jane, Mortal Kombat); and Director of Corporate Affairs at Scottish Television plc (Taggart, Rebus). He founded and successfully ran his own financial communications company, Impact Consultancy, working exclusively with media businesses. Originally a television journalist with Scottish Television where he was senior News Producer, and ITN where he was news editor of Channel Four News. He is a shareholder in Aqua Vita Films (Wolfman, Gorilla School) and formerly a Non-Executive Director of The Games Workshop plc (Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000, Lord of The Rings), The Edinburgh International Film Festival and is a member of British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

Peter Samengo Turner – non-executive Director of Finance

Peter is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience working in media and technology related companies. In his career Peter has worked in senior financial roles for advertising agency (Young and Rubicam), film production and distribution group (Portman Entertainment Group) and hi-technology companies (Dynatech Corporation Inc). Peter was the Group Finance Director of VTR plc, a quoted media services Group, for 10 years until its sale to a major Asian corporation in 2006. Peter serves on the finance committee of BAFTA.
