Accorder Music

Komixx Entertainment has appointed Accorder as its music publisher for the much anticipated debut show, Toby’s Travelling Circus. Impressed by the strength of the stories and characters, broadcast partner Channel 5’s milkshake! has already taken the unprecedented step of commissioning a second series, even before the first show airs in the Autumn.

The 52 x 10 minute stop-frame model animation series follows the adventures of a seven year old boy who runs his own magical travelling circus with his friends. Aimed at 3-5 year olds, principal photography is underway at the award-winning Mackinnon & Saunders studio in Manchester. The music is going to be from Paul Joyce of Bob the Builder fame and many other renowned shows.

Toby’s Travelling Circus is the  first exclusively brand-owned production from Komixx Entertainment, building on the success of the company’s joint venture partnership with Random House Children’s Publishing, under the banner of Random House Children’s Screen Entertainment (RHCSE).
