Make believing with 1973

Accorder are delighted to announce 1973 Films has appointed the company music publisher for their wonderful new 57 x 7 animation series, Hettie Makebelieve. The show, commissioned by CBeebies, is a wonderful stop-frame animation series about a collection of toys who come to life creating amazing new worlds of adventure. It’s produced by 1973 founder Tim Goodchild who’s joined in the company by Art Director and co-creator Louise Scott, a professional illustrator, sculptor and animator. Tim’s won multiple awards over his glittering 30 year career in television production. These have included multiple Emmys and a BAFTA for his work in mainly factual programming such as Last Day of The Dinosaurs, 9/11 The TwinTowers and The Human Body. “CBeebies has a proud history of supporting stop-frame animation and I’m excited about adding Hettie Makebelieve to our diverse and popular animation slate,” said acting BBC children’s controller Kay Benbow.
